Washington HB 1240 Injunction Status

Starting this thread to track the status of injunctions across all cases for HB 1240.


Silent Majority Foundation (SMF) Lawsuit
There was an injunction hearing at 2:30 PM today in Grant County.
It appears per W. Kirk's twitter, that the case filed by SMF is now being moved from GRANT COUNTY TO THURSTON COUNTY. This is very bad news for both the case as a whole and the injunction.
