I use the lee decapper and Blazer 9mm goes through like butta. However Blazer 45acp does not but that might be due to the fact that I bent the pin sideways and had to reform it with a set of vice grips... BBM 5.56 is terrible stuff :mad:.
 
I've had similar issues. Almost makes me want to start decapping before loading using my progressive.

This happens with both Hornady and RCBS resizing dies.

I still haven't worked out a solution. If I do I'll post it here.
 
I've not had issues with blazer that I can recall. Just ran a few hundred through the press last night of mixed brass. Not sure if any was blazer but am sure there was a few in there and didn't have any issues.
 
I had the same issue years ago so I'lI reiterate what's already been said....

Decapping pin is pulling the primer back in which was hard to believe until you actually see it. Polishing/filing the end of the pin stopped it. Start small and continue until it stops. I use a file and make a flat spot/ wedge.

Still happens ever once and a while but that has solved 99.9% of it for me.
