A friend bought it new for a class he didn't end up taking. It came into my possession and I've put it on twice. This has never been out in the field or had anything mounted to it. Unfortunately, my level IIIA Paraclete soft armor doesn't fit.

I have this at $SOLD, PayPal, credit card through square, or precious metals.

Due to my busy work schedule lately, and even busier family schedule I can only really meet up on weekends on the west side.
I can just as well put this in a box and ship it also.

Does it have soft armor in it, or just a carrier?

It's just the carrier. If you have the means of cutting soft armor, you can have my expired MSA Paraclete. It was just a tad too big for this.
