I know it's a day early but I just wanna say happy birthday to all my fellow crayon eaters out there! 246 years of death and destruction. Winning wars, hearts and minds. Hands down best fighting force around. Glad I get the ORI ledge to call y'all brothers and sisters. Semper Fidelis

The great thing is it comes around every year. And every year it's just as important as the year before. So I am sure there with be more posts to follow.

January 2011 ~ 3rd LAR returning from patrol in Southern Helmand, Afghanistan. The dust hanging in the air, at sunset, is from command detonations of IEDs and one IED strike.
