Looking for the adult child of a friend. He inherited a Sharps rifle -
Is looking for a gunsmith to check it, to determine if it is shootable.

He lives in the Newberg area. Parents in Beaverton.

I just got this from conversation at a holiday party - so no pics etc. Sorry.

Don Hunker in Forest Grove is the man when it comes to Sharps. He was smithing on Sharps out of his home after he closed his gun shop in 2010. No contact info.

Another excellent choice is the Gun Works in Springfield.
