It's funny that I see this thread. I had a stuck fired brass in my XD-M9 today, I worked on it for 2 hrs trying to get it out. Finally I took it to Beavercreek Armory in Hillsboro. Since it was Saturday at 3:30 I was expected to leave my gun there til Monday. The gunsmith came out and said "let me see what I can do" 5 minutes later he came out with the case out, and the barrel cleaned. He also charged me 1/2 of the normal price. Hillsboro might be a long drive but, just heads up. It's customer service like this that will keep me going to this place.
