Gunsmith in port./vancouver area that can weld a bolt ?

I need some fine welding done on a bolt,it's a very small spot,about the size of a large pin head.It's a 'ledge' that supports the bottom of the rim on a .22 case,opposite the extractor. It's worn and lets the ammo slide down just enough to cause a lot of misfires.
It's on an old Colt Lightning small frame .22 pump rifle,so getting a new ,or good used bolt isn't likely to happen.
