Gunsmith in Kitsap Co?

I'm working on a project gun (rifle) and may need to have a new barrel turned up. Is there anyone around the Bremerton/Silverdale/Poulsbo area that can do this? I'd be buying a Mil-spec short chambered blank for them to work on.

I do know of a machinist in the area, but he has never worked on a firearm before. While I'm sure he would do massive amounts of research to accomplish the job, I was wondering if there was anybody who already had the knowledge around.
