Gunsmith for a pre 64 model 70

I have a really nice pre 64 model 70 in 30-06. It has the factory standard profile barrel. I am wondering if there is a gunsmith around that could re-barrel the rifle with a high end medium to heavy contour barrel? I am interested in turning it into a semi (modern optic) M70 clone in 30-06 for hunting, longer range target, and practical accuracy. I know there are better calibers out there, and I know I could buy a 700, but I want something special.
