I saw that too. Federated Ordnance? I've never seen that before. Is it decent stuff? I was holding off for a Blazer brass sale, probably when they have the sale out the outdoor show near the first of February.

I shot it at a match Sunday and had absolutely no issues with it. I usually shoot 124gr Blazer Brass but thought I would try this. I read online reviews of it first and they were good, so decided to give it a shot (ha ha).

It's great ammo , mostly goes bang and the bullets go thata way sort of and gives you an opportunity to practice FTF/FTE clearing drills. Hey but it's cheap so that makes it worth it.

that's funny, because I started a match Sunday with Norma ammo and had multiple malfunctions with it. Changed to the Federated Ordnance and had absolutely no issues with it. Ran great.

Not exactly "today" but I picked up an '18 75B Omega. Finally found one locally and aside from a set up sights I don't plan do to much else.

Sig brand mags. I'll try them and if they don't work maybe put their mag bases on the standard 10mm 8 round mags (if they fit). They should work according to reports but I'll believe it when I see it.

If anyone is interested just confirming that the 45 acp 10 round mags work in the p220 10mm. No issues at all with ball or hollow points.

Went to the candy store to pick up some smalls parts....and ended up with this wonky thing.
In the future, I think it would be less expensive to pay to ship the small parts directly to my home.

I like things to be sturdy so they aren't as easily damaged when I drop them and run....and I am able to get the grumpy-old-man discount.

Edit to add: What optic would you use on the rifle? I have a NF ATACR 4-20x50mm F1 that I could use, but it seems a bit overkill on the rifle while it is configured with the 13.5" pin weld.

Edit to add: Yikes...confirmed "overkill"... will probably use a cantilever mount, for the 1-8x24mm, so that I can swap to other non-monolithic uppers.

Ive shot a few boxes of it and its been just fine. Loads, shoots, and extracts.

Hit a couple out of my local area gun shops yesterday with a buddy. He ended up picking up a Canik and I grabbed a speedloader for my GP100 and some 38 ammo.
