I was in and out in 15 minutes without a CHL. The folks that are being hung up are those who get bounced out of the computer system and has to be done by hand.

Edit: Tigard Pawn is doing both ftf and shipped in transfers again. $30 for shipped in transfers and $35 to $37 for ftf transfers.

Tigard Pawn had stopped doing in person transfers and cut back on shipped in transfers on 11/25. As of today, they are going to go full speed on shipped in transfers and do in person transfers on a more limited basis. Call ahead for in person transfers.

No transfers right now for anybody that requires a phone in background check (18-20 year olds for example). OSP phone lines are backed up and dropping calls.

No 11+ capacity mags, please.
