Gun Show Private Sales

IF you are at a WAC show then only members can sell guns at the show,or even bring them into the show.So I'm guessing you would have to either be a wa resident or a FFL to be a member of WAC.

I have bought and sold lots at gun shows and most just give you money and take the gun or vice versa.

Do whatever you want to do but the law (federal) states that a non resident sale must go through an FFL.

In the case of long guns the FFL may be in either state.

In the case of pistols the FFL must be in the buyers state and the seller either has to bring it to the FFL or have it shipped to the FFL.

In either case a FFL is required (again, by federal law)

Yea, I didn't read the quoted post correctly, I'm not exactly sure what I was reading when I posted. Thanks for clarifying that.
