Unfortunately too many folks listen to this huckster and get all ramped up on what he says, and he makes a financial killing in the process.

It's really no different (in practice) than the slave "foremen" that were oftentimes even more cruel to the slaves than the slave owners were. Only the "methods and tactics" have changed, but the results are the same... enriching oneself off the backs of others.
