I watched the videos three times and couldn't figure out why the speaker deemed out of order. Is it because he slightly raised his voice?

If they don't like what you have to say, they utilize the power of The Man with a Gun to silence and eject you from the proceedings! "Out of Order", interpreted as the system is broken!!

I wasn't sure who they were clapping at. I kinda wanted to believe it was for Kaleda.

I despise slick people in their tailored suits and perfect haircuts. It just screams danger to me. The guy who was ejected had a suit on but you could tell it was not his everyday attire. My dad bought me a suit for my HS graduation but I have not worn one in almost 45 years and would trust someone in rags over someone in a high priced suit. To me it means someone not worth the time of day. Blue jeans and Duck Dynasty tee shirts are good enough for me.

Don't they have to hear him out regardless of their feelings on the matter?

Norcross then told Kaleda to leave. He wouldn't. So he was escorted out by state troopers.

At the end of the four-hour hearing, angry that Norcross would not allow more testimony, the gun rights advocates stood for a spontaneous rendition of the Pledge of Allegiance

And now you know....the rest of the story.

Yep.. The crowd got pretty pissed off. For those who can't find the video of it, here it is

The senators' faces at the end of the crowd's recital is priceless.

WTH gives with those NJ State Police uniforms? I've always thought they looked like Nazi SA unis, only blue instead of brown.

The Oligarchs that own and run this nation/corporation want guns removed from the private citizenry so they can inflict their total tyranny. Truth like this will not be allowed in a government forum. Truth and freedom are the polar opposite of government.

We have a completely corrupt, criminal, and fraudulent puppet government and unfortunately there is very little that can be done about it. It has been this way for decades, it didn't start with the most recent puppet selected to be 'in power.'

Our government is simply a manipulated tool for the elite who wish more than anything to enslave everyone, not just Americans, but the whole global population.

They are brilliant strategists, but they messed up on one level. (Let me say here that I am addressing the very small minority that understand that, yes, a small group of dominant men direct your life).

Americans don't like to be denied anything. Whether that be Cola Cola original recipe or guns. They underestimated the number of people that will simply refuse to give them up, and/or will not be worn down by the lies and propaganda.

The financial elite, unfortunately, are relentless, patient and cunning. They will resort to more false flags and propaganda as they wear down their opponent (free thinking, freedom loving people).

Expect more staged incidents designed to take more and more of your freedoms away until there are none left. All arguments will be designed to trigger the sheep's irrational emotions. Logic, reason, and facts are meaningless. Fear via the government media will prevail in convincing the 98% non-thinking drone populace that guns themselves are evil and must be eliminated.

The 'pop tart' gun is no joke. That is a serious agenda-driven event. Attack the young and you will control a nation's values and beliefs in just one generation.

Sadly, 'they' are very smart and devious and the average American is a fluoride-head moron. So, for the long term, let's just say it won't be pretty.

I don't even know how you could deem the speaker "out of order".

We, as nonmembers of the committee cannot.
Per Roberts Rules of Order, a Member of the committee can.

"The chair has the power to require nonmembers to leave the hall, or to order their removal, at any time during the meeting; and the nonmembers have no right of appeal from such an order of the presiding officer. However, such an order may be appealed by a member. That appeal is undebatable."

What happened was BS and handled wrong just because the chair didn't want to be insulted by the truth.

The clapping is in support of the speaker. He has a very delimited right to speak in this forum, the rules having being set by the chairman.

Ejection is on grounds that he has strayed from the precise limits to his "free speech" set in the agenda. Welcome to politics 101. Fight the ballot box fight.

The clothes don't make the man in either direction. Lots of us have to clean up for the role we choose to play in society. Your opinion above makes you no different than the guy in the suit you think is looking down at you.

All I saw in the video was a tool shed full of tools.... ;)

Look, if you have to talk before a city council, you need to keep your anger in check.

Saying "I will holler at you" doesn't help the guy out.
and that's the point where he got kicked out.
I'm not defending the council people, just pointing out where mistakes were made.

You are never going to get anywhere letting your anger get the better of you.

Don't be angry. Stay calm and make a well planned attack.

    Just don't get angry.

Remember, the city council folks DO have more power in the city government than a citizen of that city.

I'm assuming this is a city council meeting.
