Good question, where he lived was a modest apartment. But he also had money to enroll in school to which takes some cash as well.
don't think all 14 were his... it said he and family members purchased them legally, i.e. via FFL a nurse certainly makes enough money to buy guns, especially if she lives modestly otherwise
I heard through the news today that the mother made comments about the guns through social media. Apparently several were hers. She even postured about how she keeps loaded mags for her Glock. AR's and AK's and that no one would be dropping in on her unannounced. Sounds like mama was a gun enthusiast, which means they were likely not all his. I don't know, at 26, I could barely afford to own one gun, but then I already owned my first home and was paying my own bills. I guess I could have done it if I lived at home with mama.
Just seems like a lot of money for him to have. Will be interesting to find out where the money came from.
well eerie similarities with Adam Lanza. Both lived with mom. Both had Asperger's. Both mom's liked guns. Not saying there is anything wrong with liking guns, but in combination with Asperger's it may be risky. Or maybe it's the no-girlfriend thing, like with Elliott Rodger in Cali. Or the guy that shot Reagan because of Jodie Foster ... Who knows, a few crazy bubblegums that ruin it for the rest of us.
I had a kid who couldn't have been 12 yrs old stop and beg me for a dollar yesterday.. They be learning fast these days how to "get" money....... Wonder if mom will go down the same road as the brother of the kid who did the shooting at Reynolds High and request her guns back when it's all done....
It's just they are making a big deal about 14 guns so either he had a job and bought them or he got them from his mom or maybe the state was giving him money. Inquiring minds want to know?
I don't understand why they keep making such a big deal about that. I've got a lot more than 14, and I am not a threat to anyone...unless they try to break into my home.
They consider it a mental illness to want to possess guns. Just like how the average person thinks about someone who possesses child porn. If you own a gun you are automatically an evil person. If you read about how they think on places like Democratic Underground, you get a better sense of this. Its very emotion based thinking, not a lot of logic. Probably a high fear of guns, plus years of like minded people telling them how to think, lack of critical thinking education and wanting to control other people.
Their fear is born out of the fact that they cannot control fully armed citizens which is their ultimate goal. Because they think they are smarter and more civilized than you. And because the government can take care of all your needs....the alphabet Feds will keep you safe....trust them, they are with the government. Brutus out
I don't' know the answer for this assh0le, but there are young billionaire idiots. One of the Olsen Twins comes to mind. The dude who created, or stole depending upon the story, Facebook etc. (he gave $100 Million to Newark NJ and he thought it would help students) I work around a lot of people with Autism, mostly they are high functioning. (Asperger's is associated with that part of the range) Many of them make money do fiddley, brain work. Now they can make a lot of money thru Apps. Hell these guys are all being paid: https://www.youtube.com/user/corycotton DudePerfect - there is a whole company of them - saw them on CNN so you know it's true. It is a good question, how. We have discussed this before- but how do you decide which people with mental illness have to give up their right, which is granted by God, to bear arms? To paraphrase the old saying, in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king; If it was up to me, none of you would have guns. Then, due to firepower, I'd be king.
