Grey ghost PC

Anyone use the minimalist plate carrier from grey ghost, I want to get one and it will be my first PC, I just don't want something to bulky, I want to be able to move around pretty good still, also I need to figure out a way to attach a haley d3 chest rig to it, just wanted to know the pros and cons.

I don't own one of their plate carriers, but Grey Ghost backpacks / packs are pretty well reviewed on a lot of popular YouTube channels.
