Hello, Everyone my name is Steven

I am a Freelance Contract Pilot, I deliver small airplanes around the world. I own a Cessna 150.

My hobbies are, airplanes, firearms, and female humans.

If there are any other local pilots that wanna go fly pm me. There are a few places I know where we can land and go shooting.

Wow, you might have the coolest job ever. Taking flight lessons is on the top of my to-do list the day I realize I can afford it.

    Welcome to NWFA ;)

The longer you wait the more expensive it will get! When I go fly your welcome to tag along if you can fit in my plane. Weight limit is 180lbs.

No doubt. I had SEL license in high school and was starting on IFR, but I could afford to either keep flying or go to college. That was many years ago. Much more expensive now when I looked at rental rates and ground school.

It would be a long and expensive trip in my plane... 1/2 the gas @ 6 gallons per hour @ Average $4.00 per gallon and average 85 to 90knots...

But it's been 27 years since I flew a plane and I didn't have many hours. I quit with about 65. I think I'd start from scratch if I wanted to pick it up again.

Since you already have a PPL all you would need to do is get, current medical, currency training, learn the new reg's etc for your Biannual Flight Review taken care of in currency training. there will be no written test or check ride as you are already a PPL and a pilots certificate dose not expire just loses currency. Train till your comfortable like riding a bike.

You proubally have an old paper certificate tied to your SSN the FAA will remove this for and send you a plastic certificate Free or $2.00.

    Welcome, Steven!

My Dad/Grandpa used to own a Cessna 150 as well, when I was young. We'd go flying often, but they ended up having to sell it. I miss doing that, it was so much fun!

    I happen to be 180 pounds... ;-)

Well, fly safe and make sure you file a good flight plan. I say this for my benefit; if you go missing, i'm the guy who's in charge of finding you!!
