Well, given what's happening to the US, it's natural for people with decent values to get a bit irritable. Not all that many of us are peace-'n-love huggers in the first place
.
But let's exercise fire discipline and concentrate on getting ordinance on target, which is the Hard Left.
Speaking of which: why doesn't everyone reading this thread go to YouTube right now, type in 'gun rights' or 'Jordan Peterson' or 'Social Justice Warrior' or 'Ben Shapiro' or 'Young American Foundation'... and bring up some of the great videos available on those topics, destroying the Left ... some of which have, wait for it , THREE MILLION views, and FIFTY THOUSAND comments, almost all anti-Left, mainly by young 'red-pilled' men ... who are probably not otherwise politically-engaged, and who, if they are typical of their age group, are, many of them, not registered to vote.
Go on there, and make a comment, along the lines, of "If you don't want the next government to be responsive to insane anti-male feminists, or gun-grabbers, or cop-killers, or other sorts of anti-American vermin, then you had better REGISTER TO VOTE." ...
Comments get pushed down as more or made. People sometimes, if you see the replies to comments, read down a few dozen, but eventually they disappear. So you, we, have got to keep putting REGISTER TO VOTE messages onto those comment threads, ideally from different people, with different ways of putting it. A concerted effort by a few hundred people, which I'm trying to start on various forums, might actually succeed in getting a few thousand of these young men, and maybe their friends, to register to vote.
The next election is likely to be very close. There have been cases, in the last twenty years, in which the anti-gun candidate won by just a few hundred votes.
If we all did this several times a week -- say, before checking this forum -- it would take five minutes. And it might make a difference.
