I found this site by PURE accident, while looking for info on my new birthday present to myself. - a Remington 760 Gamemaster in .300 Savage.
(I bought it from a dealer at the San Antonio Gun-show about 2 hours ago, simply because I've never seen a Remington 760 in .300 Savage. = ANY excuse is a GOOD reason to buy another rifle! =====> CHUCKLE.)

The serial number is: 22369X. Assembly date code: WA (I think that that's AUG of 1954.)

Does anyone KNOW how many of these pump-rifles were made in .300 Savage?

The Alamo City doesn't generally have much rain, unless we have flooding. - We are on the edge of the southwest TX desert.
