Well I bought my first gun today and I am looking forward to shooting soon. On that note, are there any ranges that you all could recommend close to the North Seattle/Lake City area? And what about a place to buy inexpensive ammo? I prefer to buy from local stores rather than online, even if slightly more $.

Never been at this place myself, but a few friends living in Bothell said they have and had nothing bad to say- Kenmore Shooting Range

Thank you. I checked out Kenmore Shooting Range the other day, they really seem to have it together there. Really helpful and friendly to a newbie. I am looking forward to getting my gun and shooting there.

as for local ammo sources, PM me and I'll refer you to an FFL that has his shop close to the range. he's got most of the common calibers at good prices.
