Copying from an earlier thread, but @66PonyCar saved me a few dollars by borrowing from my local library.

Just read, The Guns of John Moses Browning: The Remarkable Story of the Inventor Whose Firearms Changed The World, written by Nathan Gorenstein and published this year. Washington County Library has 3 copies in stock for lending.

Put simply, Browning was a firearms genius.

It's a great read!
