Dog hunting would be fun. My guess is you need to know someone that has private land which I do not. :(
I hunt 95% public land in Oregon and Nev. there are allot of coyotes, western Oregon is tough more die form old age and weather than gun shots and the fur is crap in the winter so trappers don't bother desert hunting is always good up to middle of Jan. don't be fooled by the coyote contests they are a misrepresentation of coyote hunting beginners only need a gun, a $10.00 close reed distress call a some money for gas
