Almost....you do have to pay the government $70 a year, per cow, which can then freely graze on public property. So, close.

Wow! I had no idea about that. Still A Quarter Century before I can worry about that though. I just got four more tax statements in the mail for my Klamath county properties. The taxes down there sure are better than the Lincoln County ones!

Ours went up $300.00 they say my property value went up. Meanwhile Douglas County is still the highest unemployed county at 9.2% as of Sept 2015. My tax is higher today then it was in 2006 before the housing crash and my home was worth about 50K more.
