My M1d came in from PSA and I am very pleased. Great looking rifle and nice scope. Well worth the money.

Here's some pics:

I know it was silly expensive, but at least it looks and feels like you got something silly expensive, that looks a really nice piece, good deal :)

Not silly expensive for what you get. One has already sold on gunbroker for $5800 dollars. When you consider that 4200 dollars is less than what an Enfield No4MkIT sniper goes for, and there are lots more of them

Very nice looking piece of equipment. The money spent, if you've got it and don't mind parting with it, no problem. There are worse ways to spend money. I'm thinking of all those unhappy looking people who sit on stools in Indian casinos pushing buttons.

One thing about M1 Rifles. Confiscatory "assault rifle" legislation, as least in current forms of consideration, does not include them. Because they don't take a removeable magazine. My definition of confiscatory includes banning right of transfer. Such as exists in Calif. and has been under consideration in Wash.

Enjoy it.
