Got a great phone call Friday

Friday afternoon I got a call from some guy who had a similar safe. He said he found my post and needed help getting into his safe. He had the combination but didn't know the clockwise-counter-etcetera needed to open the lock.

Easy peasy, I said. Are you standing in front of it?

Yep.

Okay, this many turns, now this many turns, now this many turns, and Bob's your uncle.

Sónuvabìtch, it worked.

How funny is that?

I had a small safe with guns brought to my home. If I could get the safe open I could have it. I got a pretty close combination and fooled with it til it was open. My son now owns a gun safe!
