Remember that economy thing? Yeah, the one that was once Obama's number one priority. Well, fugetaboutit‎.

EPA preparing to unleash a deluge of new regulations

Federal agencies are currently working on rolling out hundreds of environmental regulations, including major regulations that would limit emissions from power plants and expand the agency’s authority to bodies of water on private property.

On Tuesday, the White House released its regulatory agenda for the fall of 2013. It lists hundreds of pending energy and environmental regulations being crafting by executive branch agencies, including 134 regulations from the Environmental Protection Agency alone.

The EPA is currently crafting 134 major and minor regulations, according to the White House’s regulatory agenda. Seventy-six of the EPA’s pending regulations originate from the agency’s air and radiation office, including carbon-dioxide-emission limits on power plants.

Carbon-dioxide limits are a key part of President Barack Obama’s climate agenda. The EPA is set to set emissions limits that would effectively ban the construction of new coal-fired power plants unless they use carbon capture and sequestration technology. Next year, the agency will move to limit emissions from existing power plants — which could put more older coal plants out of commission.

Now that Obama and the Democrats have destroyed our health care system, they're about to do the same to what's left of our economy. Way to go libs !

Prohibiting new coal fired plants.
Prohibiting coal shipping terminals.
Forcing closure of existing coal fired plants.
Prohibiting new nuclear fired power plants.
That only leaves water power from dams and wind turbines.
Now they are fining the turbine builders due to eagle and other bird kills.
Oh, wait they want to remove the dams too.

The costs and regulations for just being a simple independent contractor are on the absolutely outrageous right now vs just a few years ago.

The little guy is being completely squeezed out in every way. For instance, even a specialty/limited contractor in Oregon has to pay the Construction Contractors Board (CCB) $325.00 just to register. It was $75 not long ago.

Add in all the crazy, extra licensing, insurance, bonds, and other requirements + of course taxes and the guy that wants to work hard and roll up his sleeves is probably better off just being a parasite with an Obummer phone and one of those EBT cards.

Yes, they are deliberately destroying the economy for the little guy, that is true. But the elite .01% have never had it better. Just a transfer of wealth. Wealth doesn't 'go away'.

Don't miss the massive seizure of water and water rights:

"The EPA's draft water rule is a massive power grab of private property across the U.S. This could be the largest expansion of EPA regulatory authority ever," Texas Republican Rep. Lamar Smith. "If the draft rule is approved, it would allow the EPA to regulate virtually every body of water in the United States, including private and public lakes, ponds and streams."

Societies (governments) based on complete control of the water supplies are historically extremely stable because water is necessary for life, so the government can control who lives and is successful.

This is a major power grab!
