Need some information for Oregon as I haven't been following all of the new laws.

I'm from Washington and will be transferring a rifle, personal transaction in the Salem area, any good reasonable locations to do so...???

And is it still legal for an out of stater to purchase a rifle...???

Still legal, Tick Licker Firearms in south Salem is totally the way to go.

Coat of Arms in Keizer. Cheapest I've found in Salem area. $20, at least for the time I did one.

Been a while now since we moved south, but both listed above were good.

Tri Tac, just up the street from coat of arms was also another option, depending on day of week/time etc.

Edit: As towards legalities, always best to check with the FFL. I don't believe your states law has changed yet, but it soon shall, and then it will simply be a cluster bubblegum.

Tick Licker is fast but not as cheap, Coat of Arms can take well over an hour. Depends on how valuable your time is.
