I appreciate the question but, sadly, it is against Federal law for me to transfer this across state lines. Interstate Commerce act abuse by our lovely feds. Also, just to clarify for those of you not that familiar with the '68 GCA: I cannot transfer the stripped lower to anyone outside of Oregon without going through an FFL. Pretty much precludes dealing with anyone (except LEO or military on the knife) outside of Oregon. Sorry but dems da rulz. :(
