As someone that owns both the 547 and 940 (shorter barrel version) - there is a lot of interest in the rare 9mm smith revolvers. I've only seen 1 3" 940 like yours in person. I highly reccomend putting a message on the smith and wesson forum here S&W Forum

I bet you could trade most of the way for a 625 with the right person.
