Yes it is a new model and I only have less 30 rounds through it and it is just as good as NIB and shoots even better. The only reason this is going is just because I received my SASS and do not need 4 Armalites.

As for mags, you can only use Armalite. No DPMS, CMags, or PMags. It's well worth it though and Armalite makes damn good mags a little pricey though. Thanks for the question though and pics are coming tomorrow.
