Yeah, I could, but 5 hours of driving and fuel costs make me cranky, and make a good deal on a rifle, well, less of a good deal. Don't know why someone hasn't snatched this one up yet.

And Tacoma is about 2 hours closer to Vancouver than I am, and you wouldn't have the Seattle traffic to contend with.

Man, if it'd been that price a couple months ago I woulda drove all the way down for it, since bought a Ruger American in .308, and my Christmas gift Bushmaster Varminter. Still love Savages though, might have to sweet talk the wife...
