This Rifle is basically all new parts except the rcvr is a Grade ‘A’ CMP Re-Parked WWII: 2,523,5XX [Jan ‘44], and the Trigger Housing is a WWII -12 refinish. Bbl is New Current Production Criterion. Double heat treated for stress relief. Sub-MOA capable. Garand matches are currently being won with these bbls. Furniture is New Production Boyds classic 1939 Slim Line contour, Matched Stock Set. Select Traditional American Black Walnut. The rest is USGI NOS or 'As New' NOS: Bolt, Op Rod, Trigger group parts, All Springs, Fr sight, Gas Cyl lock, Follower Arm and Rod, As New: Gas Cyl, Internals, Rear Sight assy, Clip Latch. I shot 7 rnds at and the red target in the pic at 50 yds. It shows what this rifle is capable of doing. The 2/ 2 shot groups touching were from sight-in aiming at the same point. Minor adjustment to center the Fr sight, and set Elevation resulted in the 7th rnd in the center. The 2 singles in la la land are because I jerked the rifle and called each one.
