Brand new, only opened to try on. Vest still has tags, plates and trauma pads have no marks or scratches.
I ordered this recently but they really don't fit in my concealed rig that I want (because I'm too small), so seeing if someone local wants them before I ship them back to Tactical Scorpion.
Avoid tax and shipping, and the 2 week backlog they have currently.
