Going shooting this weekend April 10

    Hey folks i was wondering if any of you guys and gals would be interested in joining me and going shooting this weekend. I plan on going on Saturday April 10th up to the gun range in the gorge. Ill be bring my targets and a few other things to shoot at. I will also have ear plugs and eye protection for people to use if need be.
    PM me and i will be more then happy to give you directions.
    I drive a red extended cab 4x4 tacoma.

    Here the directions from google:
    just follow the signs after turn onto Ash lake rd.
    Driving directions to Blue Lake Rd, Stevenson, WA 98648

    Suggested routes




    Portland, OR

    1. Head north on NW 6th Ave toward NW Couch St 128 ft
    2. Take the 1st left onto NW Couch St 259 ft
    3. Take the 1st right onto NW Broadway 0.4 mi
    4. Turn right at NW Broadway Bridge 0.6 mi
    5. Turn right at NE Wheeler Ave 0.1 mi
    6. Take the ramp on the left onto I-5 S 0.3 mi
    7. Slight right at US-30 E (signs for I-84 E/US-30 E/The Dalles) 0.5 mi
    8. Continue onto I-84 E 40.3 mi
    9. Take exit 44 toward US-30/Cascade Locks/Stevenson 0.4 mi
    10. Merge onto Cascade Locks Hwy/Wa-Na-Pa St 0.1 mi
    11. Turn right at Toll House Park 0.3 mi
    12. Continue onto Bridge of the Gods/Pacific Crest Trail
    Continue to follow Bridge of the Gods
    Entering Washington 0.4 mi
    13. Turn right at Evergreen Hwy/WA-14 E 0.1 mi
    14. Take the 1st left onto Ash Lake Rd 1.0 mi
    15. Continue onto Blue Lake Rd 0.3 mi

    I would be very interested in joining you..

    But I would be much more comfortable if it were on Oregon soil..

    Do you know about this place? Is it an option?...

    Also, when were you planning on going? I like to sleep in a bit on Saturdays.. :D

    yeah the place i plan on going sounds just like that but its on the washington side and i will probably be leaving my place at around 10am. i will be staying out there till about dusk.

    Being "on the other side" of the river, would alleviate a lot of concerns and also open the shoot up to C3 goodies. I guess that if you like loud guns, it doesn't matter.

    I shot up in Knappa/Svenson for 3 hours by myself today. It was nice with no rush. I am down for next weekend if the weather holds.

    Yeah no more white fungus on ground! Well as long as the weather stays nice and no more snow i am all up for going plinking this coming weekend!
