Found this one on youtube, I know I've had problems with the lee powder measure system on the pro-1000 myself. Thankfully, I was getting under charges.

YouTube - Death of a .45

Me blowing the barrel of my .45 Springfield 1911. You can see the burst of flame on my 4th shot. The gun jammed on the 5th shot with a bulged barrel. Recoil on that shot was intense as the slide did not move at all. I now have a new LNL AP press to replace the Lee 1000 that I had been using.
I also went to a Tanfogilio LC in .40 a few weeks later. The 1911 now has a new barrel and is doing well.
