Glock Sights

I would like to upgrade my plastic factory sights with metal ones and I would like some info on which rear sight to get. I see several different sizes of rear sights and don't know the advantages. I also don't know what size the factory plastic rear sight is, which I kinda like and not sure I want to change my sight picture. Any info would be great! Thanks, David

I ran TFOs on a xd9, they were awesome sights.
I ran diamond speed sights on an XDs for a short time until I sold it. I liked them a lot! They make them for glocks.
