Hello all you awesome gun enthusiasts and 2nd amemdment defenders. I'm so glad I found this site as I'm a new gun owner looking to connect with others for advice and possibly pair up for practice shooting or events. I just purchased my first 2 guns last Saturday as I was so fired up (pun intended) over what they are trying to do with implementing gun control on us law abiding citizens. I figured I'd buy 2 just because I still can. Now, if I can just find bullets for them. It's a bit embarassing that I have no ammo yet as all the stores and ranges in my area were sold out of 9mm but at least I have the guns! If anyone knows where I can find ammo (for my Glock 19) please let me know, I'm located near Bothell WA. All the best to you all.

Thanks for the tips, I bought my guns at Cabella's but they were sold out of ammo. THey said guns were flying off the shelves too and all AR's sold out. I"ll call the stores you mentioned as I hadn't heard of them before and will keep an eye on the online sites others have mentioned too. Thx again!

Thanks for the info, I probably won't be down that way but good to know. I should have said I have a pistol and a shotgun, bought an Ithaca 12 guage at Cabella's and the Glock at the old SAM's in EVerett. I did find ammo for the shot gun but not the 9mm but alot of people on this site have provided some good places to look so hopefully I'll pick up some this weekend. Have a good one!

Thx for the tip, everyone on the site has provided so many good places to check I should be able to come up with something. I had no idea there were so many gun shops around here. I can't go to the buy back on Sat unfortunately but I'll be keeping an eye out on any other events where we can stand up for our 2nd ammendment rights. I've had it with the way guns are presented as bad instead of fixing the real problems of bad people. Have a good one!

I also suggest you scroll down to the WTB section of the classifieds and post an ad describing your situation and what you want. You can probably get what you are looking for. I have had really good luck there, even in the recent craziness.

Welcome. IMHO you got one more step........if you didn't do it already........get a CCW. It's sort of an instant "badge" to carry around. Showing that you're one of the "good gals." Of course, it's still up to you if you choose to go around armed. But, I've found it useful when making a firearms deal/purchase face to face.

Not to mention, that you'll probably p%$$ off a LIBTARD.

Thanks! I actually joined the NRA and obtained my conceal carry permit a year before I worked up the nerve to actually purchase guns. When I saw how the government seemed to start deamonizing gun ownership all over the country that was just the catalyst I needed to finally get out there and purchase some before they completely take away our rights altogether. Glad I did! Thanks again for the warm welcome.

Thanks Angie! I managed to find some ammo just recently on Bulkammo.com, pricey but it's worth it to have the peace of mind. Too bad you are so far away as would be fun to shoot with an experienced gal. All the best to you!

Aloha Mark! You'll be proud of me, I have a conceal carry permit. I actually got it even before I worked up the nerve to purchase the guns. And I'm a card carrying member of the NRA too. I decided to excersize my second ammendment right while I still can. I probably never would have done so if lawmakes all over this country weren't trying to turn gun ownership into something bad. Can't tell you how mad it makes me as we've had guns in America since it was founded and nobody ever needed to check in with the government to buy/sell until today's world. Something very fishy about all of this so it was my way of taking a stand. Best of luck to you down there in Vancouver!
