I did all the work myself but if you google search glock grip reduction you can find several companies that offer the service. On top of the grip reduction, most people typically have it stippled. I chose to coat this one and I was impressed. The coating isn't difficult to remove and can always be stippled. If you'd like to DIY there's a couple of write ups online.
