Couple things :
I have a G17 stripped inbound currently from them.
I placed the order and they sat on it for 3 working days "waiting for the FFL docs" without emailing me at the front end to let me know there was an issue.
They could have called my FFL, but I had to hold their hands to jump start things.
A minor annoyance, I suppose.

Initially, I left a frame in my cart because I wasn't thrilled with their shipping and went shopping elsewhere.
A day later I get an email reminding me that I had something in my cart and the email included a free shipping code.
