Has fresh Tru-glo tritium night sights, one 6-round Glock mag with flush fit base plate, four 8-round Glock mags with Vickers +2 extensions, Agency Arms drop-in trigger professionally installed and tested by Glock armorer, UBG black leather IWB holster, TT Gunleather black IWB double mag pouch, and Kydex pocket holster trigger guard.

I'm too lazy to do the math on the retail, but this is easily $800+ worth of a sweet plug and play EDC rig.
