Is this current? The reason I ask is because I met a guy at Northwest Armory in Tigard and they won't do transfers because they said the city of Tigard passed a law making transfers illegal.

Thanks. I was just trying to confirm what is going on in Tigard. I also wanted to save a couple of people from meeting in Tigard at a shop if they can't get a transfer done.
