Went to the range today and shot my Glock 19 with suppressor on it for first time. About every three rounds would not go back into full battery. Do I need to change my recoil spring guide rod? What have you guys seen?

I don't have a can, but it's fair to say that your can is causing back pressure that your stock RSA can't overcome.
Stock spring is supposed to be 18lbs.
I would try a heavier spring.
Jager has the best collection of springs and rods.
ISMI pattern or Wolff pattern.

Poly 80 g19. Ran 147's fine without suppressor. Factory 147's. Thinking it's the recoil spring, but not sure. I pushed forward on slide when it failed, and fired fine after that.
