Great idea - invest your money and then force the business to drop it's best selling items. Aren't the California pension systems in so much trouble that their shortfalls can potentially bring the entire state down? Shouldn't they be more worried about solvency and if they don't like what a business does simply invest elsewhere?

Using a teachers retirement fund to play social politics.
Its not like california is unknown for mishandling money.
Next up is using girl scouts donations to get the forestry service to ban shooting on public lands:rolleyes:

These are typical union mobster pension fund tactics. Has been going on for a century. They built Vegas using union workers and funding so they could skim the take then the front companies that owned the casino's BK'd so they didn't have to pay back the pension funds.......but the mobsters owned both ends so they continued to skim there take. California PURRS is all but bankrupt if you look at the return on investment and overarching liabilities. Soon, they will turn out there pockets and tell retirees there is no more money pushing them into the publicly controlled program and cutting retirement benefits like Kiaser Aluminum, large airlines and countless other companies have.
