For sale is an almost new GG&G +2 magazine tube extension for a Mossberg 590/590a1. Included is the extension and the extended mag tube spring. To install, just take down the barrel, pry out the mag tube stop using a flathead screwdriver, throw in the new spring, and hand-tighten the extension on the mag tube. Easy Peasy.

Well, it increases capacity by two 2-3/4" shells. That's 5-1/2". What is a mini shell length? Let's call it x. 5.5÷x=y And y is your answer. I'm betting the answer is 3 extra shell capacity, but I suppose it could almost be +4. I doubt it, though.
