Getting around to the intro post - Western WA

Greetings all!
Longtime PNW collector/shooter currently based in the Lakewood area until I move back up to Skagit once I ETS in the Autumn. I used to be a lot more plugged in to "the scene" before deleting all my social media, and now I never know what the latest laws are, which pits are open, where to go to avoid the idiots with home-forged full-auto sears, or what the hell happened to my cherished $99 Mosin racks at the local Big 5 (it sure has been a decade!).
Glad to see a well-moderated community supporting responsible recreation and hope to get more active in the cleanups and meetups once the Army removes its talons.
