Hi Matt, i bought it 3 or 4 years ago at Bimart. Not aware of any warranty.

Garmin makes really good GPS units. I'm still using a 20 year old eTrex.
The last software update was 2 years ago but the maps don't change much when you out in the woods.
There are lot of third-party applications that can program Garmin GPS units so you really don't need updated maps on it.
This is a good unit for a good price. You essentially get a handheld GPS with a free FRS/GMRS radio.
