Game of Thrones - Anti-American?

I'm a big fan of the show Game of Thrones, but I have to admit this one scene has always bothered me and got me wondering if there wasn't an Anti American message in the show. Keep in mind this show once had a likeness of George Bush's head on a spike in season one.

The scene is in season two, episode one, "The North Remembers". Start at 0:45 and look closely at Ser Dontos Holland's breastplate, also note his demeanor and what happens to him.

Anyone else here see what I'm seeing?

Being anti-Bush does not mean you're anti-American. Being anti-Obama does not make you anti-American.

I see nothing in this clip that indicates anti-American.

The second link worked. Not convinced, but yeah, I can see how someone could draw the comparison of the breastplate to the American flag.

Many of the coats of arms and whatnot are explained in the books.
If this was meant to be anti American, it was a bit thin.
