I typically agree, but the guy was driving with a suspended license and ran. Do you suppose he has insurance? Maybe I'm being overly judgemental, but you aren't typically an upstanding citizen if you get your license revoked.

I he had no valid license I doubt he could possibly have insurance. Unless that state does it different? I know in this state the insurance on my vehicles will ONLY cover a driver with a valid license. Since it has this in writing in a few places I have to "guess" if I lost my license they would no longer cover my actions.
