Yes I know this. Just as there is a G23 conversion barrel from .40 to 9mm I was asking if a similar barrel existed in G42 and G43.

I've found a conversion barrel for G42 .380 to Makarov but no conversion from 9 to 380.

Just like the gen 3 (and older) standard frames are a poor choice for .40 S&W the 42 was not built to last long time with a caliber more stout than the .380/mini 9.

No. It's too short. And even if it weren't, nothing else is compatible. .380 (9mm short) is too short for the 43 mags to load it properly. 42 mags are too small for the 43.
Edit:
If there was a way to make the mags feed the .380 round properly, I don't think you'd need a different barrel. You would probably need a lighter recoil spring, so that the pistol would cycle.
