Unless you're really lucky, you are going to have a hard time finding an OEM G20.3 slide.
The following has been the best option, but they sell out fast.
They happen to be in stock right now.

Download and print off the Armorer's Parts Order Form.
Pick out your parts and search on the Part Number.
You probably won't find everything at one place due to OOS parts.

For barrels, you can go cheap or a good buy for a top barrel is KKM out of Carson City.
About $165

Pro Tip:
If that LWD slide has a channel liner installed and you want to Cerakote, they'll cook it if you don't take it beforehand.
Just something to be aware of.

Join the club. Gun broker wants damn the the same price for a new g20 pistol for just the top end.
Lone wolf is one of the few that makes a g20 slide.

Another option would be a police trade in g21 and get a g20 conversion barrel and be able to shoot 10mm and .45

OK, I'll give it up...

GT Distributors is one of the largest Glock dealers in the US.
They cater to Law Enforcement and usually have the best prices on police-ins.
And they have some 21SF Gen 3's for $349 in stock (not that easy to find)

GTD has often the best prices on Glock small parts, but they don't stock everything so it usually takes two vendors for your parts list if you are building from scratch.
Also GTD has the best price on Ameriglo Bold sights for Glock at $90
Similar to the "Agent" (FBI sight) and both are among the best day/night sights on the market.

Spectre, originally my plans were to grab the g21 components and then converting it to shoot 10mm as well. I'm having second thoughts again.

My buddy told me that it could cause problems shooting 10mm with the g21 setup. He claims that the weight differences would be problematic. Shooting 10mm is the ultimate goal of this build.

Thanks for all the advise. I'll take all I can get.

It's true that the G20 is heavier than the G21 slide.
But Glock is working with their "fit-all" recoil spring assembly.

You can tune your slide velocity with a good aftermarket RSA.
Jager has the most developed line of Glock RSA's on the market.

Grab that G21 that I posted above and a KKM 10mm barrel.
Email KKM tech and tell them what you want to do.
Good people, KKM.

I thought KKM discontinued their 45 to 10mm barrel for the 21 ...
